What does ACD3's 90-day operations improvement programme include?
ACD3 assesses the current workflow, pilots one priority improvement with a real team or project, then measures adoption, trains the team and hands over ownership. The work is founder-led and scoped with the client before it begins.
What does the £5,000 operational audit include?
The proposed £5,000 assessment covers a workflow review, stakeholder interviews, a baseline, priority opportunities, written findings and a 90-day roadmap. Implementation is scoped separately.
How is the £8,500 programme paid for?
The proposed £8,500 fee is split into £4,250 on booking, £2,125 when the pilot is ready and £2,125 before final handover. Products, licences and wider rollouts are quoted separately; tax treatment and final scope are confirmed in the proposal.
Which product is used in the pilot?
The assessment identifies the priority workflow. Where appropriate, the pilot may use UtilityDocs AI for project documentation or Plant & Equip OS for plant readiness. ACD3 shows each product in a guided demo before a choice is made.
Do the applications sync automatically?
No. The applications currently open separately; automatic data syncing is not implied. The programme clarifies ownership and handoffs between project and plant teams.
Are the savings shown guaranteed?
No. The on-page calculator estimates the potential value of time freed using figures you enter. Actual results depend on adoption, workload and whether freed time creates value.
Is support available after the first 90 days?
Yes. An optional support retainer starts from £750 per month after handover, with a monthly review, adoption checks, small refinements and prioritised next actions. Final scope is agreed separately.
